Our Friends and Partners in Ministry
W are involved in much more than theological instruction or "doing church." Not only are we closely linked with our own auxiliary ministries, we are also partnered with a number of other ministries not directly part of our ministry family. Below you will find useful information and links to our partners.
Ephesians 2 Ministries
This auxiliary ministry of Truth in Love is an international group of people with a deep love for those whose lives have been impacted by Mormonism (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints), and Jehovah's Witnesses (The Watchtower). The staff of Ephesians 2 Ministries bring wisdom and grace to the discussion, and share the freedom they themselves have gained after journeying out of those and other false-Christianities.
Mending the Soul
Mending the Soul is by far the most effective approach available today to bringing healing to survivors of abuse, neglect/abandonment, domestic violence, and sexual assault. The Christ-centered, Biblically-based curriculum is theologically strong, robust in its employ of applicable social science research, and has been an amazing help to many.
International Association of Biblical Counselors
Truth In Love Ministries includes Truth in Love Biblical Counseling Center, the counseling arm of the Truth In Love Family. Collaborating with the International Association of Biblical Counselors to make solid Biblical Counseling available, we are an affiliate ministry of IABC, and our Lead Teaching Elder is the IABC Northwest Area Coordinator.
Community Bible Church Northwest
Rev. Steve McDougall, one of the professors and the Bible School Director at Vancouver Bible Institute, also pastors and teaches at a home-church in Battle Ground, Washington. Community Bible Church Northwest is a wonderful place for families to attend who enjoy the home-church atmosphere.
Door to Grace
The unique mission of Door to Grace is to restore life to rescued children - children rescued out of the clutches of sex-trafficking in the greater Portland area (Oregon). Their mission is to 1) open and operate a safe shelter for rescued children; 2) train caregivers to serve victims by demonstrating Christ's love, grace and mercy; and 3) serve the church to build a sustainable, community-wide system of support for victims.
